WGC Bridgestone winner, Adam Scott, has been cut to 20-1 (from 50-1) for the USPGA by Coral to follow up his Bridgestone success.
The Aussie, partnered with new caddie Steve Williams for the first time, sealed a four shot win in Ohio and is now the fourth favourite for the final major of the year.
Coral are offering to refund outright stakes on any bet placed on a player that finishes second to any of the Northern Irish players in the field.
“Whether Scott’s improvement is down to the new partner, he is now all the rage for the PGA and we have promoted him to fourth favourite, along with Woods,” said Coral spokesman Gary Burton.
“And with the Irish players dominating the majors this season, we are offering punters a consolation return should the run continue,” Burton added.
Rory McIlroy is the tournament favourite with Coral. The US Open winner is currently 10-1, ahead of Lee Westwood at 12-1 and world number one Luke Donald at 14-1.
