It could be a decent event, with Whynotgiveup showing promise on her debut last month and Deep Determination looking a sure-fire future winner when a close second at Tipperary in June, but the selection also shaped with an abundance of promise on his sole start to date.
That racecourse debut came at Thurles in February, when the four-year-old chased home a potentially smart rival in Cash And Go in atrocious ground.
The son of Lomitas travelled well and was probably inconvenienced by the conditions, so is of great interest on this evening’s better ground.
