Though Greyfriarschorista is respected now he has plummeted down the weights, it is worth giving another chance to Long Awaited (3:15) in the Martin Foulger Memorial Handicap at Yarmouth on Monday.
The Pivotal gelding finished just fourth on his handicap debut at Chester last time, but had earlier looked an upwardly mobile three-year-old and he can return to winning ways for Roger Varian.

As ever at this fixture, Dermot Weld runners warrant utmost respect and Natural High is likely to go well, but English raider Praxiteles (6:45) is on a roll at present and could be a bit of each-way value, trading at double-figure odds on Sunday evening.
Formerly with Sir Michael Stoute, for whom he won a Lingfield maiden, the seven-year-old has won three times over hurdles for current connections and has thrived since reverting to the Flat this summer.
After finishing seventh over an inadequate 1m3f at Catterick, the full-brother of the top-class filly Islington bolted up in an average contest at Bath, before following up at Ffos Las six days later.
He’s up another 4lbs but is in great heart and, while this is much more competitive, he is capable of a bold showing for trainer Rebecca Curtis, who has made the eye-catching booking of Derek O’Connor to take the ride.
