Pour Moi has been cut to 11/2 (from 13/2) by totesport for the Investec Derby following a pleasing spin round Epsom racecourse at this morning’s ‘Breakfast With The Stars’.
Trainer Andre Fabre was present to watch his challenger tackle Epsom for the first time and the Frenchman must have been pleased with what he saw as he now rates the colt as his ‘best ever Derby hope’.
“Layers up and down the country were quick to cut Pour Moi after his Epsom gallop and punters will be keen to side with Andre Fabre’s colt following a glowing report from the master trainer,” said totesport spokesman George Primarolo.
Two horses at bigger prices have also been nibbled at ahead of the Derby and both Ocean War and Masked Marvel have been cut to 20/1 (from 25/1) by totesport having been given the go-ahead for the race from their respective connections.
