John Higgins is the 5/1 favourite with Ladbrokes to win next year’s 2012 World Snooker Championship at the Crucible, Sheffield.
Fellow finalist Judd Trump is 12/1 after taking the snooker world by storm with progress to the final.
Crowd favourite Ronnie O’Sullivan is 7/1 alongside Mark Selby and Mark Williams.
David Williams of Ladbrokes said: “It’s the first time Ronnie hasn’t been the antepost favourite for the best part of a decade. Higgins has got the class, pedigree and experience.”
Stephen Hendry is 66/1 to re-capture his glory days by winning next year’s big prize.
