StanJames.com are today offering a best-industry price of 7/4 on Ruby Walsh to be top jockey at the Cheltenham Festival.
The online firm are 7/4 about Walsh being top Cheltenham Festival jockey, a feat he has achieved five times previously (2004, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010).
StanJames.com spokesman Garry McGibbon said: “We’re going massively-standout best price of 7/4 on Ruby Walsh to be top Festival jockey not only because Walsh has been out of action with a broken leg, but also because we think his big winners from recent Festivals can no longer be considered certainties for their respective races. That includes Big Buck’s who we think will be beaten in the World Hurdle.
“If Ruby doesn’t make it to the Cheltenham Festival, for today only we’ll refund stakes to punters who place a bet on him to be top jockey.”
