Paul Ferguson has one horse racing selection for us on Monday; Remember Now in the 3.00 at Plumpton.
Nicky Henderson enjoyed a couple more winners over the weekend, to add to his 2,000th career success on Friday, and the trainer can strike again on Monday with his sole representative at Plumpton.
A half-brother to Champion Hurdle hero Binocular, Remember Now (3:00) certainly looks worth siding with on his handicap debut from a lowly mark of 112.
The selection pulled really hard and failed to settle on his first couple of starts over timber. He was still too keen for his own good last time, but pulled his way through to challenge Shinrock Hill.
If Tony McCoy can get his mount to switch off early on, he could be a cut above his rivals here and he appeared to relish to the testing ground last time, so conditions ought to be to his liking.
