spokesperson Charlie McCann: “We saw money at 33/1 overnight and stood the price for a while before cutting him to 16/1. That didn’t stop the gamble and he continued to be backed at all rates down to 4/1. We couldn’t see Lineker leaving the Beeb to go to Sky originally and if honest are still of the opinion that the money is misplaced but those on at 33/1 will be on good terms with themselves now.
