Paul Ferguson has another selection for us on Wednesday; Well Hello There in the 3.45 at Huntingdon.
The novice events on Huntingdon’s cards look particularly interesting, with Spanish Treasure and Master Of The Hall looking to successfully carry penalties to victory, but for Wednesday’s selection we need to wait for the penultimate handicap hurdle.
The step up to 2m5f threatens to bring about plenty of improvement in Well Hello There (3:45) who’s dam hails from the family of the top-class Native Upmanship and Jonjo O’Neill’s novice has shown signs of promise on all three starts to date.
As well as relishing the longer trip, the return to better ground should suit the son of Oscar, who looks just the type to come in to his own now handicapping and an opening mark of 108 looks workable.
