Kieren Fallon has been shortened to 3/1 (from 7/2) for the 2011 Jockey’s title by Stan James as Ryan Moore drifts out to 10/11 from 4/5.
Stan James cut Kieren Fallon from 7/2 to 3/1 for the 2011 Jockey’s title as punters reacted to the news this morning from the UAE that the six-time Champion will be going all out this summer for his first title since 2003. The firm pushed out favourite Ryan Moore to 11/10 from 4/5.
Head of PR Charlie McCann: ” It didn’t seem as if another jockey’s title was a primary objective for Ryan Moore in 2010 and we have pushed out the three-time winner from 4/5 to 11/10 in light of the money for Kieren Fallon this morning. If Fallon is as he says hungrier than any other jockey in the weighing roon one could argue that he is the one to beat and not Moore who, one could argue, seems more interested in quality rather than quantity at this stage of his career.”
