Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Saturday; Bold Plan in the Chepstow 4:30. Compare odds and bet.
The feature from day two at Chepstow is the competitive Silver Trophy Handicap Hurdle, in which the well-supported (during the week) Imperial Aura is one for any shortlist. He looks potentially ahead of his mark and represents the in-form Kim Bailey.
However, if the weather deteriorates (plenty of rain forecast through Friday) it could be worth siding with BOLD PLAN (4:30) each-way. Evan Williams’ five-year-old showed decent form in novice company before finishing a sound second on his handicap debut. Well suited by soft ground, he is a staying chaser in the making but also looks on a fair mark for this return.
