This afternoon’s Listed bumper from Gowran Park looks a really good renewal, but BIGBADANDBEAUTIFUL (5:30) did nothing but improve last season and gets the vote.
Gordon Elliott’s imposing grey shaped well on debut, before giving the smart Santa Rossa a fright in the Grade 2 mares event at the Dublin Racing Festival. Off the mark next time, her form entitled her to win but she barely came off the bridle to record a very taking success, and she looks to have a bright future.
This race is worth watching with the future in mind, with several smart mares lining up.
