Despite showing signs of greenness Maktabba (3:15) got off the mark at Lingfield last month and appears to have been given a chance by the handicapper, ahead of her handicap debut at Leicester on Sunday.
The Dansili filly appreciated the longer trip last time and given her pronounced knee action, she looked as though she would appreciate an easier surface, which she should get here. From an opening mark of 74, she is taken to follow up.
