Regular readers will probably remember that I was keen on Buzz (3:55) on more than one occasion last season and Hughie Morrison’s grey can progress again this term.
The strong-travelling grey kicks off his campaign at Newcastle on Good Friday, in what looks a competitive handicap over an extended 1m4f. The step back up in trip should be in his favour and he would appreciate a strong pace, which he will hopefully get. Although he faces some race-fit rivals and some other progressive types, he is worth backing each-way, as I will be disappointed if he can’t land another nice handicap this season.
