Nicky Henderson has saddled three winners from nine runners in the past six days and PRECIOUS CARGO (2:00) can win the opener at Sandown this afternoon.
A bumper winner for Lucinda Russell, the son of Yeats made a really good impression on his debut for Henderson, when winning a novice hurdle at Kempton.
A keen going sort, he looks open to lots of improvement and should be up to winning again under a penalty. He’s a short price, but faces a couple of promising types including Jimmy The Digger (a non-runner when put up here on Sunday) so I’m hoping he might drift a little.
