Given how the form of his Southwell win has worked out DESTRIER (2:00) is fancied to make it two from two over fences at Ayr on Sunday.
Dan Skelton’s imposing six-year-old jumped really well and had several subsequent winners in behind that day. The track ought to suit and, given how exuberantly he went through that race, it seems the right move to stick to 2m for now. He faces a stiffer task here, but looks up to the job.
