Today’s jumps cards aren’t the most inspiring, so it is off to Kempton for the first selection of the week. The opening maiden looks a decent little heat, with a couple of fillies shaping really well when runner-up on their respective debuts.
Firstly, Fabiolla ran on nicely at Yarmouth 13 days ago and looks a sure-fire future winner, whilst Watheerah (4:30) did little wrong when second at Newmarket last month. I really liked how the Dubawi filly moved that day and, although the third has been beaten at short odds since, she gets the vote for Owen Burrows.
