The winner of two of his last three starts Restive Spirit (7:15) has gone up just 2lbs for his latest success and can follow up at Chelmsford on Wednesday evening.
William Haggas’ Intello gelding was a wide-margin maiden winner at Ripon (runner-up won next time) and after failing to cope with the drop back to 7f at Goodwood, he bounced back when returning to Ripon last time. He needs to step forward again here, where he takes on his elders, but he looks a progressive three-year-old and this is his trip (he’s two from two over a mile).
