After making a really pleasing winning return at Wolverhampton last month HAMADA (2:20) is fancied to defy a 5lbs rise in the opening race of York’s Dante meeting.
The Cape Cross gelding missed his three-year-old campaign, but looked a horse full of potential when making that successful reappearance. Obviously, he has more on his plate in this Jorvik Stakes, but he is expected to take the step up in class in his stride.
