The winner of handicaps at Goodwood (August) and Kempton (September) he finished runner-up over course-and-distance the time before and he looks on a sharp upward curve. Genuinely soft ground is a slight concern, but he finished with a flourish at Kempton and can cope with the 8lb rise.
