Adams 11/4 To Defend Masters

Live on BBC 1: Sat 13.00: Martin ‘Wolfie’ Adams is the 11/4 fav (Skybet) to defend his World Masters title this weekend in Hull.

The WINMAU World Masters moves to Hull this weekend for the BBC cameras and the ’08 and ’09 Champion, Martin Adams, is in with a good shout to land the hattrick, an 11/4 shot with Skybet. Adams began the year in style by winning the BDO World Championships and followed that up with the Dutch Open and he is definitely the man to beat here.

2nd seed Scott Waites is 13/2 with Sportingbet, followed by Tony O’Shea at 7/1 (also Sportingbet). O’Shea, semi finalist at Lakeside in January, is certainly worth watching and could be a good each-way thing.

The first 8 seeds will enter the competition on the Saturday into the last 16.
