Paul Ferguson has two selections from Fairyhouse for us on Sunday; Vroum Vroum Mag at 1:40 and Diamond King at 2.40. Compare odds and bet.
She may have been described as a ‘super sub’ by trainer Willie Mullins, but Vroum Vroum Mag (1:40) is a high-class performer in her own right and the trip of Sunday’s Bar One Racing Hatton’s Grace Hurdle looks just about ideal.
Unbeaten in 10 starts since arriving from France, the mares hurdle winner can maintain her 100% record for current connections here.
Later on the card Diamond King (2:40) can land a really competitive looking renewal of the Drinmore Novice Chase.
The Coral Cup winner jumped well when winning on his fencing debut at Galway in October; he relishes decent ground and, with conditions in his favour, this might provide him with the best chance of scoring at the top level this season.
Sunday’s selections:
1:40 Fairyhouse: Vroum Vroum Mag 4/6 Bet365
2:40 Fairyhouse: Diamond King 5/2 Paddy Power
