Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Thursday; Battle Of Shiloh in the Uttoxeter 3.30. Compare odds and bet.
A course winner over hurdles BATTLE OF SHILOH (3:30) is fancied to make a winning debut over fences at Uttoxeter this afternoon, thus preserving his unbeaten record.
The Shantou gelding won a couple of Irish points before joining Tom George, for whom he won a Ludlow maiden and a handicap here.
The seven-year-old only scored by a 1/2-length that day, but was value for a fair bit more, having travelled with purpose throughout. Given both his point-to-point background and his physique, he ought to improve again for fences and should be capable of defying the 6lbs rise.
Thursday’s selection:
3:30 Uttoxeter – Battle Of Shiloh; 5/2 Skybet
