Villarreal are Paddy Power’s 13/10 fav to beat Athletico but there’s some evidence to suggest Madrid can come and win, a 9/4 chance with Betfred.
Yellow Submarine have played reasonably well at home but their return to action after the break was very unconvincing, only just managing to beat PAOK. Athletico on the other hand will be delighted that they got a win in Europe and will take that confidence to El Madrigal.
Over coming Villarreal’s good home form is no easy feat but Athletico could just manage it tonight.
