Paul Ferguson two selections from Newmarket for us on Saturday; Huge Future at 3.15 and Zwayyan at 5.35. Compare odds and bet.
Godolphin dominate this afternoon’s CMSeven.com Handicap at Newmarket, with GK Chesterton making his belated reappearance and Huge Future (3:15) bidding to complete the hat-trick for Saeed bin Suroor.
Despite the market speaking in the favour of the former overnight and him impressing when winning his maiden last October, I’m keeping the faith with the top-weight, who looked a seriously smart prospect when winning on his handicap debut at Newbury back in June.
The Shamardal colt has missed a few engagements since, but looks a potential pattern class performer to me and any overnight rain won’t be a problem. Easy to back, he was out to 3-1 on Friday evening and may slide further, should the support continue for the Boys In Blue’s supposed first string.
Later on the card Zwayyan (5:35) is also taken to win for a third successive time in the concluding Home Of Racing Handicap over a mile.
An easy maiden winner on his penultimate start, the Pivotal colt really found his stride up the home straight at Haydock last time and looked a three-year-old to keep onside on that occasion. A rise of 8lbs might not be enough to stop him, especially with the William Haggas stable in such good order.

The beautifully bred FRONTIERSMAN (7:20) delivered on the promise of his debut third when winning at Newbury last month and can follow up on his handicap debut this evening.
By Dubawi out of Ouija Board, Charlie Appleby’s colt beat subsequent Windsor winner Makzeem in the style of a potentially smart prospect at the Berkshire track.
Burdened with top weight, he does need to improve here (strict form line with the third from Newbury gives him a bit to find with Wave Reviews) but he is open to considerable improvement and is fancied to step forward again.
