Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Friday; Ballyhenry in the Kempton 13:35. Compare odds and bet.
Alan King has his horses in fine form at present and his Label Des Obeaux deserves to be a short priced favourite for Kempton’s 2m5f novices’ hurdle, but Ballyhenry (1:35) looks a promising type in bumpers last term and can hopefully leave his hurdles debut behind.
Ben Pauling’s six-year-old won soft ground bumpers at Warwick and Huntingdon last season and was well supported ahead of his first start over timber at Newbury’s Hennessy meeting.
Keen early on, the son of Presenting has been absent since, indicating that all may have not been right on that occasion. If that is the case, he looks capable of going well here and the market makes a bit of appeal from an each-way perspective. The selection was available at 9-1 overnight.
Friday’s selection:
1:35 Kempton; Ballyhenry; 7/1 betvictor
