HORSE RACING: Free World has been cut to 9-2 (from 11-2) by Coral for the Blue Square Handicap Chase at Dobcaster on Saturday. Nicholls’ charge has finished second on each of his last three runs.
The Paul Nicholls trained chaser was an 8-1 chance when betting opened earlier in the week, but following a couple of days of support, he is in to his current price of 9-2 favourite.
“Although very consistent this year, he has yet to get his nose in front, but with big Saturday handicaps being his trainer’s speciality, this could well be his race,” said Coral spokesman Gary Burton.
