Sat 15.00: A team from the top and one from the bottom are the two to follow in a 14/5 bet365 double in the Championship this week.
Burnley have enjoyed a tremendous start to the season, winning ten and drawing three of their 14 matches to hit the Championship summit and although the Clarets seven-match winning streak in the league came to an end as they shared the spoils at Millwall last Saturday, Sean Dyche’s men can tighten their grip on top spot this weekend as they entertain Bournemouth.
The Cherries have fared reasonably well since gaining promotion from League One but they don’t travel too well and a run of just one victory in seven suggests that they’re just starting to find the going tough. A defeat at home to struggling Bolton last time out won’t have helped matters and they look up against it at Turf Moor, where the hosts are 8/11 courtesy of Coral.
At the other end of the table, Barnsley are just one place off the bottom but the Tykes have steadied the ship of late, losing once in five and they’re worth considering at 6/5 with Paddy Power as they entertain neighbours Doncaster.
Rovers are slipping towards the drop zone on the back of three straight defeats and David Flitcroft’s men can capitalise on the visitors’ slump by picking up a vital maximum haul at Oakwell.
