A winner on soft ground at Musselburgh last October Leitrim Pass (5:45) looked a colt of some promise at the start of the season and endured a torrid time on his return in a Kempton handicap during April, when he met all kinds of trouble.
The son of Raven’s Pass has a chance to make amends at Doncaster on Sunday and, off the same mark (75), the chestnut looks well worth another chance with the William Haggas stable in decent form.
