Tues 19.45: Notts County, at 37/40 (BetVictor) to beat Rotherham, head a tasty 10/3 treble on a busy night of FA Cup replays.
Despite plying their trade a division above Rotherham, Notts County could only draw at the Millers’ New York Stadium in the pair’s FA Cup tie just over a week ago but the Magpies can finish the job at the second time of asking as the pair meet at Meadow Lane.
The League One play-off chasers are 37/40 at BetVictor to book their place in the third round in normal time and that’s a decent price given their home advantage, allied with Rotherham’s morale-denting defeat to Gillingham on Saturday.
By contrast, a League Two team can conquer League One opposition at Roots Hall, where William Hill make Southend 5/4 to defeat Bury. The Shakers needed a penalty to earn a replay at Gigg Lane but away from home and struggling at the foot of the table, they look vulnerable in the return fixture.
Elsewhere, Cheltenham are 7/5 with Stan James to shake off non-league Hereford at Edgar Street while in the all-Conference tie, visitors Macclesfield should have the edge at Barrow; Ladbrokes quoting the Silkmen at 7/5.
