Premier League leaders Manchester United have been clipped to 11/10 by Coral to clinch the title after they edged out West Ham at Old Trafford.
Robin van Persie’s strike was enough to give Sir Alex Ferguson’s men a 1-0 victory and keep them ahead of rivals Manchester City, who are 5/4 with Coral to retain their crown following a 2-0 success at Wigan.
That result means Roberto Mancini’s charges maintain their unbeaten start to the campaign and they’re now 10/1 (Coral) to go all season without tasting defeat.
“The Premier League title does look like it will be staying in Manchester this season, but to which club, is hard to predict,” Coral’s Tim Reynolds told Betrescue.
“United and City play each other a week on Sunday and that match, could play a vital role in the title betting,” he added.
