Dundonnell and Sky Lantern became stronger favourites for the Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf and Fillies Turf respectively with Coral today after both horses drew decent post positions in the Breeders Cup draw.
Sky Lantern was cut to 5/2 from 3/1 by Coral for the Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf after being drawn three, and Dundonnell is 3/1 from 7/2 for the Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf after drawing stall six.
Just nine runners go to post for the Breeders Cup Mile but Excelebration still drew the perfect post in six, while Moonlight Cloud was drawn widest of all in nine. Excelebration remains the 6/4 favourite with Coral who pushed out Moonlight Cloud to 5/1 from 9/2.
In the Turf Sprint Starspangledbanner drew the wide outside post position fourteen which is considered the plum draw on the unique Santa Anita turf sprint course, and Coral clipped the Irish sprinter to 10/1 from 12/1
