Live on BBC2: Sat & Sun 17.30: In the Challenge Cup semis, Wigan and Warrington can progress on the handicaps, a 13/5 double with bet365.
Rugby League’s Challenge Cup reaches the semi-final stage this Saturday as holders Wigan lock horns with Super League champions Leeds in a re-run of the 2011 final. The Rhinos are 11/4 with Stan James to gain revenge for last year’s Wembley defeat by eliminating the Warriors on this occasion but it’s Shaun Wane’s charges that are favoured by bookies, bet365 quoting them at 2/7 to nick it at the Galpharm Stadium. The same firm make Wigan 10/11 in the handicaps when starting ten points behind and the table-toppers should cover that deficit.
In the other last four tussle, on Sunday, Warrington are just 1/5 at BetVictor to get the better of off colour Huddersfield, Ladbrokes’ 7/2 outsiders and the Wolves, at 10/11, should make short work of the dozen-point handicap imposed upon them by Stan James.
Saturday 14 July:
Leeds Rhinos v Wigan Warriors (17:30 BST)
Sunday 15 July:
Warrington Wolves v Huddersfield Giants (17:30 BST)
