Weds 19.45: Blackpool, at 6/4 with Boylesports are one of three teams that could win at home in the Championship as they host Leicester.
Only three Championship teams have managed more home wins this season than fifth-placed Blackpool, whose victory over Brighton on Saturday keeps them right in the hunt for a play-off place. That was the Seasiders’ tenth maximum haul at Bloomfield Road this term so it’s difficult to understand why Ian Holloway’s men are as high as 6/4 with Boylesports to get the better of mid-table Leicester.
The Foxes, a 2/1 shot at Paddy Power, were beaten 5-2 at Chelsea in the FA Cup on Sunday and before that they had lost four out of their last five away matches in the league so they head to the north west in no kind of form. Holloway’s troops are easy to recommend then and they look great value at 5/2 (bet365) to prevail in a match that produces three or more goals.
Ipswich made it six wins from nine on Saturday as they edged out Peterborough and Coral quote them at even money to send Burnley home from Portman Road empty-handed, meanwhile, Cardiff can make it a hat trick of home wins on the night, Coral chalking the Bluebirds up at 4/6 to get the better of struggling Coventry.
