Aberdeen, who have lost only once since early December, defeated high-flying Motherwell in the Cup last weekend, yet head back to Fir Park for a league encounter as bet365’s 11/4 underdogs. Following last weekend’s duel, four of the pair’s last five meetings have finished 2-1, three of which have been in Motherwell’s favour.
Home advantage ensures that Motherwell start as BetVictor’s 11/10 jollies, with the draw available at 12/5 (Ladbrokes). The stalemate cannot be discounted and Skybet offer 4/1 against both halves ending on level terms. Tomorrow’s match between St Johnstone and St Mirren at Love Street is laden with enough statistical quirks to keep even the most dedicated anorak happy.
