Betfred have cut Ulck Du Lin to 14/1 (from 20/1) for the Fred Winter Juvenile Handicap Hurdle following the handicap weights.
Paul Nicholls’ French import has yet to race in this country but has been allocated a mark of 130 following discussions between the British and French handicappers.
“Sanctuaire burned the bookies’ fingers two years ago when winning the Fred Winter for Paul Nicholls so it’s not surprising to see the layers run scared of a similar type in the shape of Ulck Du Lin this time around,” said Betfred spokesman George Primarolo.
Snap Tie moves into 16/1 from 25’s for the County Hurdle and at the head of the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase, Scotsirish is now 5/2 favourite (from 11/4).
