White Christmas punters are out in force after forecasts of widespread snow; it’s 6/1 in Leeds, 5/2 in Aberdeen and 5/1 in London (Coral).
After being inundated with bets, Coral have trimmed the prices in a number of cities despite another week until Christmas day.
Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle and London are proving the most popular.
“We have been taking bets since last January, but these latest predictions and snowfalls have had optimistic punters rushing to their local betting shops to bet on a White Christmas,” said Coral spokesman Gary Burton.
Coral are betting on snow to fall at fifteen different airports across the country.
