Peddlers Cross is an unchanged 6/1 favourite with Betfred for the Arkle Chase after a winning debut over fences at Bangor.
Peddlers Cross, last year’s Champion Hurdle runner-up, won by four and a half lengths and jumped well.
“Peddlers Cross couldn’t have done anymore on his chasing debut but we’re happy to leave the horse unchanged for the Arkle given the fact that the bare form of the race wasn’t up to much,” said Betfred spokesman George Primarolo.
Sprinter Sacre is the 8/1 second-favourite for the Arkle with Betfred with Menorah next in the market at 10/1.
