I’m looking forward to the concluding bumper from Fontwell on Sunday, where Grizzman and Lord Accord are both of interest having caught my eye in Points.
It could be that the former is the sharper for today and I will be interested as to how he’s priced up, but the selection comes earlier on the card in the shape of PAGERO (1:40) who can defy another 4lbs rise to complete the four-timer.
Jonjo O’Neill’s five-year-old ought to appreciate going back up in distance and he’s been progressing nicely since getting off the mark last December. He relishes a decent surface, so a dry weekend would be a positive.
