Having caught the eye with how he finished over a mile (or thereabouts) on his final two starts at two, ALARGEDRAM (4:25) is of interest, as he goes up in distance for his handicap debut at Haydock on Monday.
Alan King’s chestnut is bred to improve as he goes up in trip, and he is certainly starting the campaign at the right end of the handicap. In time, he could end up being a juvenile hurdler, so it will be interesting to see how he fares this summer.
