Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Wednesday; Silver Hallmark in the Chepstow 1.35. Compare odds and bet.
Classy bumper performer McFabulous is likely to be difficult to beat in the 2m maiden hurdle at Chepstow on Wednesday, but he is sure to be sent off at prohibitive odds.
In opposition, SILVERALL HMARK (1:35) is without doubt the most interesting and at the prices, is worth backing each-way or without the favourite (opened up 6-1 first show with bet365).
Fergal O’Brien’s Irish Points winner has seven lengths to make up with the market leader (on worse terms) from their meeting at Newbury, but that was his Rules debut and he has plenty of scope to improve.
Bred to appreciate a greater test, the soft ground and stiff track should play to his strengths and whilst he comes up against a classy sort, I think he’ll be involved in the finish. There might not be as much between them as the market suggests and Fergal O’Brien remains in fine form.
Wednesday’s selection:
1:35 Chepstow – Silver Hallmark; 4/1 William Hill
