Warwick stages a decent two-day National Hunt fixture which gets underway today and MANOFTHEMOUNTAIN (2:45) can follow up his recent Newton Abbot success.
A winner on debut over fences and his debut for Emma Lavelle, that form has since been advertised and the six-year-old can follow up despite a 4lbs rise.
Later on the card ECLAIR DES SABLONS (3:50) is of interest on his handicap debut.
The five-year-old caught the eye on a couple of occasions last spring and although he will probably improve once going chasing, he looks on a fair mark. Hopefully he’ll open a decent each-way price.
