Both Diomede des Mottes and Juge et Parti have shown enough to suggest they can win races over hurdles, but the less exposed MORNING VICAR (4:50) is taken to land the concluding maiden at Ludlow.
Nicky Henderson’s Newbury bumper winner made his debut in a decent novice at the same track in late-November and that form hasn’t worked out too badly since. He should be expected to step forward fitness wise and he shouldn’t mind either the likely better ground or tighter track here.
