Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Wednesday; Sebastopol in the Cheltenham 4:20. Compare odds and bet.
The new season at Cheltenham gets underway today and the highlight on the card – for me anyway – is a strong looking renewal of the maiden hurdle.
I’m looking forward to seeing several of these embark on their hurdling careers, but perhaps none more so than Sebastopol (4:20) who really impressed when winning a bumper at Ayr, having earlier won his maiden Point in style.
Tom Lacey’s four-year-old looks to possess plenty of speed and is taken to maintain his 100% record, despite the fact that it looks a good race. Both Seven de Baune and Thomas Darby also impressed when winning their respective bumpers and it can pay to watch this race closely.
Friday’s selection:
4:20 Cheltenham – Sebastopol; 2/1 betvictor
