Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Sunday; Anthony Van Dyck in the Curragh 16:15. Compare odds and bet.
Sunday’s Group 1 Goffs Vincent O’Brien National Stakes looks a match between two high-class juveniles and, whilst Quorto has impressed on both starts to date in England, marginal preference is for Anthony Van Dyck (4:15) who won over course-and-distance last month.
The Galileo colt had actually looked more impressive in winning his previous two starts, but he was always in control last time and appeals as the type to continue to improve.
The selection’s stable-mate Christmas is likely to set the pace once again, which will suit Ryan Moore’s mount and he can complete the four-timer.
Sunday’s selection:
4:15 Curragh – Anthony Van Dyck; 6/4 BetVictor
