A course winner over hurdles last season JUST MINDED (4:00) has failed to shine over fences to date, but looks capable of going well at Market Rasen this afternoon.
After failing to complete on his first two starts, Sue Smith’s imposing seven-year-old ran well for a long way behind two nice stayers at Catterick on New Year’s Day. The drop back in trip and lesser company will help here and, whilst he might well appreciate a bit of nicer ground, he is fancied to shoulder top-weight to success under Danny Cook.
