Though he shaped like he wanted a bit further on his return at Cheltenham COEUR BLIMEY (2:05) is probably capable of winning over the minimum trip at this level.
Potentially well treated – certainly on bumper form, a discipline in which he beat Ballyandy – he wasn’t beaten too far at the November meeting. His earlier second to Air Horse One, in a maiden hurdle at Exeter, also reads well and he will appreciate the soft ground.
