Alfarqad 10/11 @ Yarmouth

Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Monday; Alfarqad in the Yarmouth 14:10. Compare odds and bet.

Owen Burrows and Jim Crowley look to have a couple of solid chances in the opening two contests at Yarmouth today.

First up is Fakhoor who shaped well on debut at Kempton, although it looks like he will be pretty short.

Newbury third ALFARQAD (2:10) comes next and he appears to face a deeper looking field, so ought to be a more backable price.

The War Front colt broke well and raced prominently throughout on debut, showing a nice stride under today’s jockey. He wasn’t as strong as the front two inside the final furlong, but there was still plenty of promise in the run.

Despite the fact that the runner-up and fourth have both been beaten since, Alfarqad is taken to score at the second time of asking.

Monday’s selection:
2:10 Yarmouth – Alfarqad; 10/11 Ladbrokes
