After disappointing behind stable-mate Whisper at Cheltenham in December Different Gravey (3:00) reverts to the smaller obstacles and is fancied to land Fontwell’s Totepool National Spirit Hurdle.
Given that he receives 8lbs from Lil Rockerfeller and Camping Ground the weights really do favour Nicky Henderson’s seven-year-old, who might well be aimed at the Aintree Hurdle if all goes well here.
It is only a year since his 16-length handicap success at Ascot and he remains very lightly raced for a horse of his age.
