Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Monday; Bigirononhiship in the Newcastle 15:10. Compare odds and bet.
Runner-up on both starts to date over fences, both run over today’s course-and-distance, BIGIRONONHISHIP (3:10) is fancied to make it third time lucky at Newcastle on Monday.
Rose Dobbin’s ex-Irish pointer was a useful novice hurdler, but always promised to be a better chaser and he’s done little wrong to date.
Runner-up to Calett Mad (a winner again off 8lbs higher earlier this month) on debut, he took on more experienced rivals last time, as he does today.
Given he seems a galloper rather than a quickener, I’d like to see him attempt to make all and, off the same mark, he can strike in the first time tongue tie.
Monday’s selection:
3:10 Newcastle – Bigirononhiship; 10/3 Paddy Power
